How will VoiceCloud’s voicemail system be different than my current system
VoiceCloud’s voicemail has all of the same features as your current voicemail service, with the additional feature that it converts all your messages to text and sends them to your mobile device and/or email with the original audio file attached.
How are messages counted?
Any message that requires transcription is counted on your plan. We do not charge per email sent, only by transcribed message. If a caller hangs up before leaving a message, you will not be charged.
What is the difference between Human and Software(Automated) Transcription?
Human Transcription is performed by live operators that listen to the message and transcribe with 95%-99% accuracy. Software Transcription is performed by machine and results in 40%-70% accuracy.

How do I record my own greeting?
When you setup a voicemail box, you will have the option of either typing in text to be read, recording by phone, or uploading an MP3 file.
Can I use VoiceCloud with my Landline?
Yes. You may need to contact your carrier to forward your phone to the VoiceCloud Number associated with your account.

What languages does VoiceCloud support?
VoiceCloud currently supports English and Spanish Voice to Text Transcription, but will soon be offering German, French, Russian, and Mandarin.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the online interface or by Contacting Us. You will then need to go to “Setup Instructions” page to disable the Conditional Call Forwarding on your Mobile Device.
Are there any contracts?
No. You can cancel at any time via the online interface.
Will VoiceCloud work with RingCentral to have my calls transcribed?
Yes. VoiceCloud can assist you with setting up an RingCentral email gateway account for transcribing your voicemails. Please contact us for setup.
My existing PBX(phone system) sends me audio file via email. Can I have those calls transcribed?
Yes. VoiceCloud can assist you with setting up an email gateway account for transcribing your voicemails.
